A big Sunday Show for you, as Scott and Galen react to Indiana's 27-11 win over Maryland. We talk about the slow start for the offense, the Penix injury, and the professional nature of the Hoosiers' victory. The defense deserves a tremendous amount of credit for their ability to take over games, and we give them their due in discussing the way the game played out.

Lots of questions filtered in from social media, so we addressed many of those, including questions about a potential future with Jack Tuttle under center, the disposition of the running game, who the team MVP is so far, and what (if anything) to expect in terms of Big Ten title games or bowl berths.

Finally, we spend the last 20 minutes discussing Indiana's basketball win over Tennessee Tech, and look ahead to their matchup vs Providence in "Maui" on Monday.

We also discuss what to expect in the next few weeks, and how Indiana is approaching the football game vs Maryland.

We also get a chance to welcome IDS men's basketball beat writer Grace Ybarra to the show for the first time. Grace gives us her eyewitness account of the scene at Assembly Hall this past Wednesday during Indiana's big win over Tennessee Tech. We talk about the impact of the freshmen and the overall look of the team after a longer-than-normal layoff, and discuss what awaits the Hoosiers as they travel to "Maui" for a tournament next week.

We think the basketball season is going to happen now, so let's talk about it! We tackle the projections that show IU on the fringes of the top 25, the media projections that show Indiana squarely in the middle of the pack, and then try to evaluate what to make out of all that. There's a lot of interesting questions surrounding this program right now --- recruiting, player development, in-conference comparisons to other programs, and the arrow of time. There's a glass-half-full picture of this program, but is it the lens that fans should be viewing the program through? And in the year of COVID 2020, can we draw any meaningful conclusions about the program's trajectory? We explore.

IU came close, but Ohio State was a bit better. Still, it's a pretty positive episode of CrimsonCast as we talk about the game and the things we took away from it. Indiana made some tremendous plays on both sides of the ball, overcoming their mistakes and demonstrating a resilience that fans can be excited about. What does it mean for the rest of the season? We talk about the remaining schedule, the prizes still out there for IU to grab, and the implications for beyond 2020.

The Indy Star's Zach Osterman joins us on this edition of CrimsonCast as we preview the upcoming Ohio State game. We talk about the important takeaways from the Michigan State game, including a conversation over the margin of victory and the style of victory by Indiana. We discuss the things worth keeping an eye on for the Ohio State game, including defensive line play, turnover potential, and whether or not Indiana really wants to run the ball. We're joined on CrimsonCast by former Indiana football assistant coach Bob Morris, who coached at IU from 1983 to 1993 and was a part of the coaching staff for the last time Indiana won at Ohio State in 1987. Coach Morris takes us through the build-up to the game, talking about the component parts that made up those early Bill Mallory teams and what Mallory said in the stadium on the eve of the game. We also talk a bit about how the team was assembled, as well as how they compare to Tom Allen's present-day Hoosiers.
