This week, we're playing The Game That Goes There, brought to us by The Liv Project and co-created with Humanaut! September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and September 6th-12th is National Suicide Prevention Week. In recognition of this time, we're playing the game that invites us to go to those unmentionable dark places in our minds we’d rather not visit. Don’t worry, though. You won’t be going there alone.
The game is intended for ages 13+ and has been approved by a team of therapists and mental health advisors.
CONTENT WARNING: Today's episode contains honest discussions of mental health and trauma, including gender dysphoria, depression, suicide and suicidal ideation, body image and weight, alcohol/substance abuse, addiction, and child abuse.
The extended video version of today's episode is available for purchase for $10 on our Patreon, with all proceeds going to benefit The Liv Project.
