It was the idea of how to have conversations with people online about the issue of race, specifically on Instagram, how we are talking in the comments & how we are calling people out. Learning to accept criticism & feedback for the things we've done and how to react to those who call us out & to make changes. I specifically talk about some examples that have happened this week, what to do & what not to do.  How to be able to discuss what's happening in a respectful manner online without bullying and how to learn and be able to look at yourself and make changes in what you know.
