In Today's episode I am joined with Andrew who run's the Independance project to help those with additional needs. Andrew created the project in need to help others and to help people get more Indepedant becasue that's everyone goal in life. Andrew talks and the project, what it is, how to get involved. I think the Indepencdance project is fantastic and helps so many people. Linked with the Independance project is independence clubs where Andrew explains in more detail. Today I am joined with Sara who is all the way from Austraila so 24 hours difference from the UK. It was a pleasure to interview and talk and to hear how IBD and Crohn's is over there. Sara was diagnosed in February in 2020 although she has had symtoms ongoing for a few years. I really enjoyed the coversation and it was great to speak all the way from Austrialla. We also talk about the pandemic too this epsode is a good listen.

Today I am joined with Lauren who is on the Spectrum. She has a passion for signing. She explains her experience on The X Factor back in 2014, she got to boot-camp but fortunately didn't make it to the next round because of the producers they didn't know about Autism and what it is. Lauren also talks about being on various different shows like Autism Got Talent where everyone is a winner such as Anna Kennedy who hosts it. She has also been on a show called Miss Universe where it raises awareness of Autism. Lauren was Diagnosed with Autism when she was 17 years old. We both say we all having are own qwerks and unique. I am honored about being a presenter on Lauren's Show. This a great episode. Lauren also might write a song about food as we are both sensory.

Today I speak with Surakhsha who has Crohn's Disease, She is a blogger about her Journey and life with Crohn's. She was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when she was 11 years and and has had a Stoma since 2016. She likes to help others and we talk about differernt symtoms with having IBD, such as Fatuige as that affects us quite a lot. Surakhsha offers advise about her Stoma and how it saved her life. This epsiode is a good listen.

Today I am joined with Marshall who has Autism he was diagnosed when he was 15 Years Old. Marshall explains about his Autism and passion for music. Marshall's Artist name is Prince Ray. Me and Marshall have a great conversation about Autism we touch on Anxiety too. Marshall spreads lots of Awarness and his Autism links in to him believe him being a Christian. Prince Ray says he loves this quote. If you are different be different. I love this quote because we are all different in our own way we are superhero's. Today In today's Episode I am joined with Liam who has had Autism since he was only 10 years old. He also went to Marketfields School like myself he explains how much the school changed his life, the School has helped him boost his confidence. Liam speaks about his passion for music and performing. He is now performing and different places and also raising awareness of Autism alongside His Performing Arts Journey. The is a fantastic episode to the sereis 3 finale. Liam says Autism isn't a disease it's not an Illness it is something to be proud of it makes you who you are today unique we are all unique Autism is your superpower.

Today I am joined with Gail who has a daughter who has Crohn's Disease. We talk about a lot of topics, how Gail loves to raise awareness of IBD especially within Children. She has explains how the whole experience affected her and her family's mental health, it took nearly 4 years for Isobel to get a diognoises of Crohn's Disease. Gail supports a lot of parents and raises money for Cicra. She also explains how she got her daughters school to change the attendance system which is a really intriguing listen. Isolbel is currently taking Infliximab. Gail talks about a book she created to raise awareness about invisible Illness this episode is a great listen.

She also has an Stoma bag she talks how much it has changed her life. This episode is an amazing and Victoria offers awesome awareness by boosting people's confidence where she has her own IBD page.
