Today I am joined with Victoria who has Crohn's Disease she was diagnosed when she was 13 years old. Victoria tells her Crohn's story and journey with Cannabis oil how well that has worked for her especially when she is in pain. Marlien is learning things all the time like we all are, she explains her Story really well and informative, she spreads awareness to help others and gives awesome advice. We also talk about Covid-19 how it has affected us, and we can't see people, Marlien gives an insight how the pandemic is in Holland. We also speak about the Scary and good things about IBD. Today I am joined with Natlie who is a former television presenter who is now a patient advocate, she has her own blog too. She was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease when she was 21 years old. She speaks about all things Crohn's when advocating for IBD such as dating and much more. Natalie offers great advise, this episode is very intriging listen. Natalie has also been in remmision for over 5 years now.

Today I'm joined with with Brooklyn he speaks all the pain he has been in from the past year, he also has Cerebral Palsy. We both talk fatuige how bad it can affect us. Brooklyn speaks about his whole journey surrounding getting a diagnoises and wants to help as many people as he can. This episode is great as you get an idea what's like not diagnosed, lots of people suffer from not being diagnosed. Brooklyn's ticks all from becasue with revalting to IBD. This epiosde is great he talks about time at Marketfield School and meeting Gary Smith he said it was a surreal expierence as he was treated badly at school. People can relate to Brooklyn he also raises money for Charity and loves to help people. Episode 12 worth a listen.

Today I am joined with Xavier a volunteer of his local youth club, he talks about what the youth club and what it involves. The youth club welcomes people with speecial needs and disabilties where they treat evrybody differntly which is great. This episode is great where I talk to one of the volunteers about the youth club also it's good where anyone is welcome especially people who have may have had a rough expierence i hte past, now more than ever is important to make friends. This episode is a great listen.

Today I am joined with Aliyah who's Mum has had Crohn's Disease for 20 years. She speaks about a project she has made and her team called conquer Crohns and Colitis it is to help people battaling Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis and IBD. There is also a recent project called that your not a Burden. Alaigh explains all her amazing in more depth and how you can share your own story. This is a great listen me and alaigh have been talking for a while this episode is great becasue we were able to put a afce to it. Episode 10 is brillant and some great advise saying you are never alone.

Today I am joined with Multi School Council Ambassador Bethan who has been involved with the multi schools for a few years now. She was also diagnosed with Autism in 2019. Bethan speaks about her role and what different projects she has done and is doing. She speaks how her autism affects her. This episode is a great listen. It's a pleasure having Multi Schools Council ambassadors on my podcast. Bethan also does knitting for something do especially during lockdown.

Today I am joined with Slaide who is originally from South Africa who has moved to the UK becasue of his Ulcerative Colitis. Slaide was diagnosed in 2018 he explains he whole journey me and slaide cover quite a lot between our journey's mental health too. Slaide also has a stoma.This episode is a fantastic listen Slaide also gives awesome advise.

In today's epiosde I am joined with Gen who is an Ambassador of The Multi Schools Council, she is an author who writes books to help people and to raise awareness of invislbe disabilities, she also crafts. Gen explains all the wonderful work she does surrounding The Multi School Council. She tells us about a Book she wrote alongside The Multi School Council. She says relaxing is the best policy, also learning somthing new is really good like another language Gen tells us a bit about that. This episode is a great episode.

Today I am joined with Jess who has Crohn's she speaks about her whole journey. She was diagnosed back in 2105 where she had severe weight loss and pain, she also speaks all the proseduers and her surgery she had, she speaks about this in more depth. We also speak about coronavirus and our concerns and that we both were shielding, this affected Jess very much. Jess gives awesome advise becasue Crohn's is tough and a rollerocaster but you will get through be strong. Epiosde 4 of series 3 is a fantastic listen.
