Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Southern Miss and Jackson State all face big tests and interesting matchups. Ole Miss, which lost big to Florida, faces Missouri, which beat the Gators by 28 points last week. Mississippi State and LSU, both nationally ranked but both losers last week, play at Tiger Stadium to headline this weekend's games. The downtrodden Saints, a big college golf tournament at Fallen Oak on the coast and high school football are all part of the discussion.

Mississippi State gets humbled by Bama, the Saints embarrass themselves on Monday Night Football, and the Braves' World Series hopes are hanging by a thread. At least Jackson State keeps winning.

Jackson's own Tommy Kelly made millions playing professional football, but he has returned to inner city Jackson to coach the Lanier High Bulldogs. He has completely turned around that program and says it is about providing structure.
