My CrossFit season comes to a close with the Quarterfinals. I added the obstacle of doing 4/5 of these workouts on vacation, at a completely new gym, in condensed blocks of time. We discuss how I faired worldwide, and within my region, as well as if I improved on last year or not. And briefly scratch how I am feeling moving forward into the off season.
