The widow lost her only son and during a funeral procession Jesus arrives right on time and resurrects her son. When you think it's over, God is right on time.

With the second message of our series, When God Shows Up, Pastor Blake teaches from the book of Luke about how Jesus calmed the winds and the waves while at sea with the disciples. We will all have to deal with storms in our lives but remember when in your storm to call on Jesus.

In the first message of our new series, When God Shows Up, Pastor Blake teaches from the book of Luke about the woman who was bent double for 18 years. Jesus was able to heal her from her infirmity and some of the religious leaders of the day had problems with it. Jesus came at the right time right before the woman gave up hope and brought healing to her and allowed others to witness the miracle.

In our final message in the Battle Within Series, Nathan Allotey teaches from the book of 1 Peter 2 on the subject of the war with the spirit versus the flesh. Believers have an internal and an external enemy, and if we are going to battle, we have to be careful not to self-sabotage ourselves and keep our behavior excellent so God can get the glory from our lives.

This Sunday we continue our series The Battle Within. Pastor Reggie Holiday teaches from Romans 6 about the fact that the believer is the only person who has a real choice when it comes to obeying the flesh versus submitting to God and obey the spirit. Whenever we do not chase after God, it is an active submission to our flesh, and our flesh will misuse and abuse us.
