Numbers 3 finally deals with the Levites. Being left out of the numberings of Chapters 1-2, the Levites are now center stage. They are numbered, and the work is divided for this special tribe.

The Book of Numbers is about Choices. Plan A or Plan B? Red Pill or Blue Pill? However, when God offers us choices, what He's really interested in is the Heart that drives the Decision-Making Process. For the People of Israel, choosing less than God's best was enough to cause them more than just a "time out" in the Desert.
