With ballots going out in about two weeks, Reagan and Bryan go through all 60 Oregon House races, from the safe seats to the few that will actually decide the majority. They talk about Rep. Paul Evans’s DUI arrest, whether Kevin Mannix can hold his Salem seat in a tough year for Republicans, and the battle of the data centers out in the Gorge. They also ask whether Cyrus Javadi can survive switching parties. Their final count is 22 seats for Republicans, 36 for Democrats and two true toss-ups. Along the way they explain why money in Oregon politics works the way it does: Democrats raise as much as they need, and Republicans raise as much as they can.

Bryan Iverson and Reagan Knopp sit down with Richard Burke — a Libertarian Party officer and one of the more candid voices inside the movement — for a no-holds-barred look at a party itself.
Burke doesn’t flinch. From the back-room fights over who gets nominated to the strategy wars over cross-nomination and fusion candidates, this is the real conversation about where the LP stands and where it’s headed.
In this episode:
* Blood in the party — the infighting, the power struggles, and what ultimately came to a conclusion.
* How the sausage gets made — candidate selection, cross-nomination, and whether fusion tickets help or hurt - Drazan gets the nomination
* The policy fault lines — the National Guard, war and foreign entanglements, and the fights libertarians can’t stop having
* Plus the obligatory Star Trek vs. Star Wars detour, because of course
