It is just shy of 4 years ago when we first introduced to you Scott Schara, the father of Grace Schara. Grace was his 19-year-old daughter with Down Syndrome who tested positive for COVID and was hospitalized. Grace was ushered into eternity on October 13, 2021. Our guest launched a landmark lawsuit, Schara vs. Ascension Health et all. Leading up to this he warned about the dangers of incentivized healthcare and where this leads. His work and story have been chronicled in a chapter of the Wall Street Journal Bestseller, Rise of the Fourth Reich. His writing has also appeared in Assault on the Image of God. His lawsuit was heard earlier this year before a jury trial. On June 19th the jury rendered their decision against the Schara's and in favor of Ascension. Our guest has since filed a motion for a new trial regarding wrongful death which will be considered by a court on December 19th.

He said the call, which occurred last month, was cordial. --Two people who survived the U.S. military's early September strike on an alleged drug carrying vessel were attempting to climb back onto the boat before it was hit a second time. --Russia has begun evacuating its citizens from Venezuela. --The White House has debuted a new page on its website aimed at lambasting media outlets over fake news coverage of the Trump administration. --Democratic Senator Mark Warner is facing a firestorm after suggesting he believes members of the U.S. armed forces should save us from President Trump. --Iranian-run, Soros-funded billboards, are urging soldiers to disobey orders. --Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is at the center of a widening scandal as federal prosecutors continue to unravel one of the nation's largest COVID-era fraud cases. --My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell has filed paperwork for a possible run as a Republican for the position of governor of Minnesota.

The Secrets of Jonathan Sperry (Jonathan is played by Gavin McLeod)—Taking place in 1970, this movie is about a 75 year old man who befriends three, 12 year old boys and begins holding Bible studies with them. A Matter of Faith—A drama about a woman (Rachel Whitaker) that goes to college where her biology teacher (played by Harry Anderson) teaches evolution. Play the Flute—A youth pastor takes over an indifferent youth group and tries to motivate these kids and encourage them to get serious about a relationship with the Lord just by using the Bible and not fun and games.

As 1 Peter 5:8 says: "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour." You'll see precisely how this is playing out as Jim presented examples ranging from pornography to video games, as well as those things that are relying more and more on artificial intelligence. For example: A New York school gets caught promoting online pornography as art and attempts to conceal the attempt from parents. An Oregon father outraged after discovering his 11 year old son was slated to receive a state-issued sexual orientation and gender identity survey that asked children to identify their sexual orientation and gender identity and whether they are transgender. Hundreds of children are set to be vaccinated with puberty blockers in the first UK, National Health Service (NHS)-backed experiment of its kind. The latest news on the connection between video games and aggression. A report from the Public Interest Research Group called, Trouble in Toyland 2025, says choking hazards and lead used to be the greatest toy-related threats. While those are still concerns, today it's toys that are powered by artificial intelligence or that contain toxic elements. There's more that Jim will share. Evangelist Matt Galvan is engaged in full-time evangelistic work. He travels across the country speaking in churches and camp settings in an effort to reach young and old with the Gospel. Christian teens are impacted and influenced by a number of sources. Certainly, they have guidance from their parents, grandparents and their family. There is the influence coming from their church and youth group. But there are also influences brought on by peer pressure, the internet, social media, random popups, the gaming industry, television and streaming services, dating relationships, music, entertainment and of course the educational system. Sometimes the natural trend is to assume everything is okay with your son or daughter or with your grandchildren and to believe there's nothing to be concerned about. That is, until something occurs and you say, "Oh my, how could this have happened? I never expected this." Today, we don't want you to assume that everything is just "A-OK" even if you homeschool or send your children to a Christian school. Do you really know what your teen is thinking? Are you aware of the struggles they may be having internally? Are you aware of the challenges they face? Sometimes we tend to cast statistics aside and say, "That couldn't be my son or daughter." Our guest today ministers to many teens across the country, especially Christian teens. He has some information that should cause our ears to perk up. He may encourage you, but he also has some significantly disturbing finds.

To begin our annual Giving Thanks broadcast, Jim brought wise words from numerous sources to the attention of listeners. He began with God's Word, specifically Psalm 92:1-5. From there he quoted author Jerry Newcombe from a column in the Christian Post titled: Thanksgiving—An Annual Reminder of Our Nation's Christian Roots. Finally, Jim shared comments from author Robert J. Morgan concerning the hymn, Now Thank We All Our God.
