As we get back into The Story, Pastor Doug looks into what it means that Jesus is God. He was instrumental in the creation, and He is the life that was breathed into us. Receiving Him gives us the right to be called children of God. The rest of the series will mean nothing if we do not have this belief. Your perspective on Jesus determines your values and your priorities. What will you do with Jesus? Do you believe that He is who He says He is?

As we get back into The Story series, we take a look this week at bridging the Old Testament to the New Testament. Unbelievers can see the Old Testament as a cycle of suffering. We believers need to take the correct perspective to see this as a cycle of God's love and provision. Similarly, a correct perspective of God will allow us to have a proper response to His love.

We like to talk about what what we like our priorities to be. This week, Pastor Doug teaches us that our priority is only determined by our perspective's giving value to what we do.

Welcome back Pastor Doug! This week Pastor Doug returns to encourage us to be salt and light. If we've accepted God's gift of salvation, our job ("what we get to do") is to shed light in the darkness and be the salt to preserve and enhance the world. This isn't from our own works or effort, but it's God's design to use us for His glory.

As we wrap up the neighbor about loving our neighbors, Pastor Ben teaches us to be patient in seeing results. Jesus can command thousands of demons with just His word. We simply need to make sure that we are keeping Christ involved when we are showing His love to others.

We have gone through the idea of loving our neighbor. This week, Pastor Ben explains the importance. When we bring the love of Christ to our neighbors, we give them freedom from having to reconcile ourselves to God, and we bring freedom from the destructive nature of sin.
