We’re back this week—with only having to record once because the mixer thingy was capturing audio through the right wires and settings and whatnot—for Angie’s pick: Don’t Tell Mom the Babysitters Dead. Jeff and Angie dig into this coming-of-age dark comedy (now considered a cult classic) and bond over their mutual love of Christina Applegate. And to Chadwick Boseman, thank you for showing us how to live purposefully. You will be profoundly missed.

What’s a “Magneto”? This week Jeff shares the big-budget adaptation of the long-running Marvel Comics series: X-Men. Angie is no stranger to Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine, but what does she think of his debut and the rest of the mutant gang at Professor X’s school for gifted youngsters? Oh hey, new artwork! We haven’t been around long but feel like we’ve evolved (or MUTATED??) over 17 episodes. It was only fair that the C2R mascot caught up.

With all the Tim Allen banter lately, Angie wanted to treat Jeff to another mediocre 90s family flick she frequently rented from the local video store.
