Jeff and Angie have some strong opinions on pandemic-themed TV commercials after watching live, network programming for the first time in months. For this week’s movie, Jeff shares the Clint Eastwood classic, Unforgiven. He recounts watching the Oscar-winning western with his older brother as their relationship evolved from childhood bickering to adult friendship—a theme from the movie that still hits home today. Jeff and Angie discuss their new favorite TV show in quarantine, contemplate the evolution of the name “Jeff” in pop culture, and read their first fan email. It's Angie's turn again with an all-time dance movie favorite, Center Stage, which follows a group of teenagers trying to make it in the world of professional dance in New York City. Angie goes in with confidence that Jeff will rewind this movie for a very specific reason. Will he surprise her? Are the hunks still hunky? Are the grooves still funky?

Jeff presents the Oscar-winning, kilted epic from 1995, Braveheart, which he watched countless times on double VHS. Mel Gibson plays Scottish freedom fighter William Wallace, who defies the unjust rule of Richard Harris’ King Edward. There’s plenty of hairy legs, pump-up speeches and hacked limbs for everyone, but will Jeff still like it all these years later? Will Angie deem it cruel to rewind?
