Cruising Outwest is back! and Tobi and KP are in their cruise bag on this episode. They decided to ‘wing it’ and talk about any- and everything, relying solely on their train of thoughts to lead the discussion.

They discuss the latest happenings in pop culture and hilarious Twitter moments, as well as the chaotic blue therapy couples, pretty privilege, and the recent crypto crash. They also discuss music, including Buju's success on the Apple Music charts and Nicki Minaj's return.

We are joined by Yinoluu and a surprise appearance from Kennie, his girlfriend. In this episode KP loses yet another round of concentration. We discuss creatives' negative perceptions, as well as the highs and lows of dating them and came to the conclusion that we shouldn't date anybody at all. In our own small way, we also celebrate Davido's ten-year career in music.

This week we sat down with who we’d like to describe as an all-round creative - Chuka Obi, also known as DaSuki to those who are familiar with his music. Chuka has been involved in the branding of different companies including Pepsi, Johnnie Walker, Guiness and more. We talk about his work on Burna Boy’s Twice as tall, the Grammy win that came with it, advertising in Nigeria, his top Nigerian rappers, and more. We also learn about his journey as a creative and his most notable advert. 

Chuka, a.k.a DaSuki also talks to us about his music journey and his recently released album, “Blackgodzilla” - a feel good, golden age vibe, which is named after the producers of the project: Black Intelligence, Illgod & amphibious, and TeckZilla. All the tracks are cleverly themed after the numbers they represent on the track list.

We went back and forth with each other because a certain someone said that “Nigerian Hip-Hop is m*d.”

In our latest episode, KP shared his recent COVID scare. They shared their thoughts on the NBC banning Ric Hassani’s song, “Thunder fire you”, alongside commentary on the entrance of Spotify into Nigeria and Stan Culture in relation to Laycon. They also got into the 14th Headies award show, calling them out on what might have been the worst headies yet. The gang also turned fashion police, comically stating that “it must be cold in Laygurzz”, since the guests were wearing winter jackets.

The original gang is back. In this episode, we speak on Valentine’s day and people’s shenanigans while playing the game “say it or shot it”. 

We also discuss the revamp of the #ENDSARS movement due to the potential opening of the toll gate and the gorilla glue hair incident.
