The NHL is back, which means the return of our favourite segment... Drunk Coach's Corner!

We also ruined some songs forever with Confused Lyrics, bragged about how awful we feel after the Thanksgiving weekend, and talked about the guy who was caught speeding on the new bridge and tried to get out of it by flashing his doctor ID card to the cop.

The return of the NHL season means the return Coach's Corner... which means the return of us slowing down the audio to Coach's Corner to make Don and Ron sound really, really drunk.

Usually it's drunk Don that makes us laugh, but drunk Ron stole the show today.

Stacie was really flexing her Mennonite muscles this morning. Take a listen, you'll see what we mean!

The voice of the Riders, Rod Pedersen, joined us this morning. We got side tracked for a bit and started talking about if turkey belongs on pizza, but after that we talked about the big game coming up on Monday! #GoRiders

When Stacie realized her parking ticket was still in the system, she groaned. Now, this groan sounded like a house cat giving birth/ a dying llama. Luckily, Clayton was recording when she did it and played the clip ALL morning.

The amount of bridge puns on the show today was ridiculous.

'This sure is going to bridge Saskatoon from the past to the future... The best part is no bridges were burned during negotiations... Saskatoon has been trying to bridge over their traffic problem for years... It's all my grandma can talk about at her weekly bridge game... This should bridge the gap between citizens and complaints about getting around town... After the ceremony, I'm going to go watch Bridget Jones Diary...'

Also, fitness snacking is not as cool as it sounds.

We were talking about minimum wage jobs this morning. Stacie used to work at Zellers back in the day as a straightener... She would walk around the store and tidy things up. She has a story about the socks that Zellers used to sell that will make you a little uncomfortable.
