Let’s travel far away to a remote island where a creature so fierce lives that they were once said to have been taken right off the pages of a medieval fairytale.  I’m Cody, and Cryptids Across the Atlas is taking a pit stop to learn about animals that used to be cryptids

What if everything you thought you knew about cryptids was only the beginning of a rabbit hole you couldn't pull yourself out of? There is always more than meets the eye; there is always more to the story. And in this case, the story of Indrid Cold, the Smiling Man who supposedly came down in a spaceship to greet the people of West Virginia, will make you question everything you thought you knew about cryptids. Nestled deep within the dense forests of Pennsylvania lies a sorrowful tale echoing through time. Burdened by its dreadful appearance, the Squonk weeps ceaselessly, with its mournful cries echoing amidst the ancient woodlands. Louisville, Kentucky, has much to offer locals and travelers. There are ghost tours and museums a-plenty for those who love history, not to mention exciting escape rooms for friends and family.
