Believe you can and go forward with that belief. Start to convince yourself that you can go Diamond. Truly, you are the one that controls what happens. Just go out and do it! Do what you say you are going to do.

Layton Regional Conference - January 2026: Do we create what we believe and think? You can give yourself permission to dream. Practice is not positive thinking or motivation — it is acting in alignment with the belief you are choosing until that belief becomes automatic. It is when behavior trains belief and belief reinforces behavior. Repeat your belief with emotion. Tell yourself "I am building something real." Three ways to continue to practice are: first, choose to believe. Second, act as if it is already true. Third, write it down and repeat daily.

Layton Regional Conference - January 2026: We have to teach and love those that are starting out in this business. Don't leave your friends to figure things out on their own. Relationships start with reaching out and loving. Strengthen the one and grow from there. As you grow there has to be a community that we bring them into. We have to show up in the system and plug in to be able to promote it with passion to our friends.

Never let anyone convince you that where you start is where you finish. We are all different and we need each other. We are all part of an incredible mastermind. Go and find your strengths. Tell yourself that you are ready to receive and then write your story. It is important and worthwhile. Go and be the rest of your story.

It’s timing. Timing isn’t luck, it’s about alignment. You can’t force a season to change, you can’t force fruit to ripen, you can’t skip internal seasons of growth without paying a price later. Waiting is often when the deepest work is happening. Ask yourself, what is this season asking of me? Flowers don’t bloom in competition with each other, they bloom when they’re ready.

Then we start to have fear and doubt and somewhere along the line we forget that we were born diamond. So how can we remember? The best way is to find your dream, find what makes you feel alive. Your dream is inside of you. Your real dream is an emotion. Your light will shine for generations because your legacy doesn’t end with you, it begins.

It’s given me an opportunity to raise my kids in an environment of positiveness. A dream needs to be connected to your heart, emotionally. We know everybody we need to already to become diamonds. Pray and ask God to help you find the people that are looking for this opportunity. I want to be a leader with vision, dreams, goals, and confidence.
