Las Vegas National Conference - August 2024 - Thursday Evening Session: Life is so good when you have a dream. Sometimes the challenge is figuring out the right dream to chase. If you know where you're headed it's easier to let other people go where they want to go. We are looking for one hundred diamonds in this company. We need a variety of dreamers who know how to talk and listen and how to give and receive leadership. When you believe you can, you will. Belief creates activity. If you believe plenty of resources are available to you, resources will flow to you and you will be able to create whatever you want. If you want more success, talk, think, and act the way successful people talk, think, and act. 

Las Vegas National Conference - August 2024 - Thursday Evening Session: As each of us become more, we create more. As I create more the pie becomes larger and benefits everyone who gets a slice. We don't have to suffer to learn, but we tend to take the easy road so then we don't learn. We need to develop a view of life that a winner has in all areas of our lives. A coach will help you see yourself on the other side of the table. We have paradigms that mess us up and we need relationships that help us challenge those.

The pay plan is for the little guy and the big guy. You can get into this business for very little money, but if you do more and buy more, you get more. We care about your dream. Nothing can stop you when you decide to do it. You can have anything you want, don't let somebody steal your dream. 

Las Vegas National Conference - August 2024 - Thursday Evening Session: Have you fully moved your knowledge to belief and faith? Are you willing to get into the wheelbarrow? What do you want bad enough to go emerald or diamond? This business is a numbers game and the mindset we use to process this numbers game is the key ingredient to develop a dynasty. When the dream is big enough the negative emotions don't count and we can make a logical decision.  Everything we accomplish in this life is because of our ability to handle emotional intelligence.

The first thing that happens is you learn to think like a diamond. That is totally different than other people think. Expand your thinking, perceive the world in a new way about the opportunity you have here.  The time you have is your most precious commodity. If you can't dream it into existence, you won't receive it. If you get your mindset to where you see yourself as a diamond, if you can do that one thing, you can be a diamond!
