The following are the first several paragraphs of a letter to Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo on the serious issue of Medical Supply over-charging.  It also presents my practical and immediate solution to the problem.  See the full letter on the Platform website, presented at the top of the Home Page. www.commonsense2nd.com 


My patriotic and professional intent herein is to publicly declare a severe problem with the Pricing of Covid19 Coronavirus related “Medical Supplies and/or Services (MSS)”.  The Pricing markup term used herein for MSS items is “Covid19 Unit Charges (CUC)” will be explained.  

Implementation of the prudent and practical Solution to this Pricing problem will not cost the State or Federal government a nickel.  However, it will bring millions of dollars immediately back into their respective Treasury.  And best of all, the vast majority of Americans will support, if not demand this fair and corrective action be taken! 

I have addressed the letter to you two gentlemen in particular because you are the leaders of the National Governors Association (NGA).  This national Crisis has fallen on the 50 State Governors to provide leadership for their states and for the nation. And both of you are leading by professional example and the People is appreciative. I know that I am.  

This very timely budget saving proposal is presented by a concerned resident of the Great State of Maryland that was born in Washington, DC.  It has been reviewed with numerous citizens in recent weeks and is seen as a desirable proposal that will help terribly stretched State and Federal budgets in 2020 and 2021.

This is about Coordinating and Mandating a 60-Day Mitigation Event in all 50 States and have it all running by Tuesday April 7th.  Only the 50 State Governors can Order this in their respective

The following is taken from the document of the same name.

No we will focus on America’s Number One public problem and threat. Stopping the lethal spread of Covid-19 Coronavirus across our country.  Most people that I have talked with about this prudent solution, already know that it is the action the nation must take.   The People understand.  


The proposed and critically required Nationwide 60-Day Mitigation Event:

 a.     It will begin on Wednesday April 1st.The following 60-days will allow three (3) full 20-day cycles to elapse with anyone practicing S/D to the best of their ability.   

b.     The Mitigation Event will then end on Saturday May 30th.  New cases by the end of May are expected to be at a minimum and we will be working some remaining Hot Spots around the nation.  

c.     By May 15th we will have an informed idea of what our flexibilities and constraints are.  We will adjust our plan accordingly and make certain that it focuses on the health and economic stability of our People.  

Only this approach, with its certain target dates – will provide American businesses small and large, and Wall Street with a short-term time-table to help stage the ramping-up of our struggling economy.  Otherwise, the Covid-19 Community Spread will continue to flow just like water into towns everywhere and our economy will remain stuck in Neutral.  That is an avoidable disaster.  

I hereby challenge our Press to ask  financial experts Jim Cramer and Maria Bartiromo for their opinions on this timetable. It is predictable short-term pain that will do the most to free the Main Street economy.  Wall Street should grudgingly approve of this aggressive solution.  

To be clear, Business and National and State leadership must fully grasp the Public’s Bottom Line with clearing Covid-19 from all 50 States:  

Parents will never decide to send their children to school

 when there is an active death-threat to their well-being.  

And frankly my dear, Parents don’t give a dam about the 

DOW Jones Industrial Average when making that decision!!!

This is the Nation's #1 Priority until the entire country is geographically cleared of Covid-19 cases. We will need to clear the entire nation county-by-county, and zipcode-by-zipcode. 

This fixed, coordinated period of National Shut Down -- offers offers the business community and Wall Street the best Economic Restart Date possible.     

If the President will not do this, the National Governors Association (NGA) must step forward and lead.  Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is the Chair the NGA and New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is the Vice-chair.  They must lead NOW!!!

This TIPA problem-solving proposal deals with International Issues.   

It is the Truth.  Our two greatest threats to civilization are World Over-population and Sea Level Rise. The bottom line… Unchecked over-population will wipe-out humanity due to exhausting natural resources.  Sea Level Rise will make more and more areas unavailable for living spaces and/or farming.   

We need to cap the World population at about 7.8 Billion people.  Then practically drop it down to 7.0 Billion or less.  It would have a direct and positive impact on slowing Sea Level Rise. Frankly, because there would be far fewer of us "carbon units". Think about it. The sooner we begin, then the easier it will all be to do.  This will cause a great debate!

"We are all sick to death of the ever-ending military chaos and the needless religious immaturity of the Middle Eastern Nations. You are all ridiculous.  We will work thru the UN to bring this most hostile region in the World to a grand public reconciliation.  They will make Peace and do it NOW."     

It is time to globally and totally ban, the teaching and practice of hating and/or striking out against any person or group - just because they do not hold the same faith, social, and political values."

To Continue:  To that I add, that the only way I can see to get the Israel/Jew, Shiite/ Moslem, Sunni/Moslem, Arabs, Kurds, Palestinians, and any others – is to have them relocated as fairly and humanely, as possible.  Moved together geographically and permanently or until the Sea level Rises!!! 

I have been listening to the "Middle East Peace Plan Fool's Rhetoric" for over fifty (50) years. I am sick of the lazy and gutless leadership in those nations that perpetuate it year-after-year.

TIPA Platform Series 38/40 – H03 – Int’l Issues – Violent Religion Intolerance Agreement

This TIPA problem-solving proposal deals with International Issues.   

In brief, it is the year 2020!  Civilization my Fellow Earthlings does not seem to me, to be advancing lately.  Partially to blame for the on-going killings and carnage are the "traditionally" fanatical portions of several of the World's major faiths, preach/teach hatred.

There is a thing called the Organization of American States (OAS).  it is a mini-United Nations, but for only those nations in North, Central, and South American nation.  

In this proposal we review using that group to initially freeze immigration into the US until We can get our National Id System implemented.  Nations in our hemisphere (and around the world) will keep their own citizens and take care of them!!  
 
The World Over-Population must be capped and prudently reduced over the next few decades.  It ties directly into saving the Climate, as well... 

The Hemispheric Immigration Agreement will help our Hemisphere become more self-supporting.  The Sea Level Shall Rise!

Preservation of all remaining Rain Forest areas around the world will become a Global Climate Priority Action under my administration.  

I will work with and thru the United Nations (UN), to make certain they serve their Global Climate Standard purpose.  The Global Climate Standard (GCS).  I will present a declaration to the UN stating, 

      ALL will development that threatens to destroy any portion or plant in any Rain Forest areas around the world – will ease on or before 09/30/2021.  If necessary, military action will be taken to enforce this critical Climate protection.  

Now is the time for the obvious stupidity of destroying the Rain Forests in order to make corporate profits, comes to an end.  Affected business entities will be compensated in some way for the loss, but businesses will ease operations.

PLEASE, listen (just 10 minutes) to this Podcast on the Global requirement to permanently relocate small and very groups of people – both within their same nation or to other nations with frankly, “higher ground”.  

The increased public awareness Sea Level Rise gets more urgent every day we travel thru the year 2020.  

The hard, real-life example is that by the year 2100, the entire State of Florida will be in water. Thus, we will need to totally relocate some 22,000,000 American citizens.  We have serious short and long-term planning to do.  And, of course the US Congress does not even bring this up.
