This Podcast reviews the Sea Level Rise issue in general and provides a realistic picture of the fight against a practical Energy Policy. 

It was produced before I developed the idea for a worldwide Climate Civil Action on boycotting ALL passenger air flights every Tuesday and Wednesday, and forever.  I want to see this start happening during 2020.  Thus, when hopefully I or possibly a Democrat become President in November the boycott will be formalized with legislation.  

If I am elected I will sign an Executive Order to formalize the Tuesday/Wednesday passenger flight restrictions. And have full legislation fast-tracked to make it Law in the US.

This proposal addresses the issue of whether or not convicted felons (potentially guilty of some serious crimes) should regain the right to vote in Federal elections.  In talking with those very against this – they say these can be convicted murders and do not deserve such a right.  I do see their position.  

 My thoughts are any felon that is in prison cannot vote.  However, once someone has served their court assigned sentence and completed any follow-up probationary period.  They should regain the Federal vote. 

 The problem is that the Court System does not use the Death Penalty nearly as often as it should. That will change with my Obvious Guilt Law (OGL).  Under the OGL, the El Paso Walmart shooter would get one (1) trail; be convicted of pre-meditated murder on hard evidence; no plea bargaining; no insanity plea; and receive the Death Penalty ninety (90) days later. Period.

In brief, the National Election Day every two (2) years will be moved permanently to the first Saturday in November, rather than current Tuesday schedule.  Making it easier for Americans to vote.  What a concept!  

Also, the polls will be open for the same twelve (12) hour period from Maine to Hawaii.

This TIPA problem-solving proposal deals with new Amendments to the US Constitution.  

This is another long-standing political “hot button”.  We will once and for all “deal with” the too often negative influence of big money in American politics.  

·      There will be annual caps on Individual and Corporate donations to candidates and Parties.  

·      Citizens United will be eliminated. 

·      Political Action Committees (PACS) could also be eliminated.  If permitted to continue the funds they raise will be monitored and the content of their political ads will be held to a high public standard regarding honesty!!

This TIPA problem-solving proposal deals with new Amendments to the US Constitution.  

This is a long-standing political “hot button”.  It is an issue where the line between the desired Separation of Church and State has become blurred.  Since the administration of President Ronald Reagan, the Republican Party has deliberately catered to the “church people” for votes and donations.  Supreme Court seats are the reason why so many of those church people held their nose and voted for Trump in 2016. I don’t believe so many of them will want to hold their nose again in 2020.  Time will tell! 

To resolve this agonizing social issue a practical Amendment to the Constitution is recommended.  In brief, abortion services will be legal and available “everywhere”, but only during the First Trimester.  In both the Second and Third Trimester, it will only be available should the Mother’s life be at risk or if there is a clear medical issue with the viability of the fetus.  The Mother would then make the final decision.  Period!

• With this Amendment Gun owners will be guaranteed that no Federal, State or Local government entity will ever "take their guns away".  
• Universal Background checks will become the law as most gun owners are in favor of.  
• Any type of firearms and "accessories" to be banned in the US will be determined in negotiation with actual gun owners, not the NRA.
