This is a simple national reality check.  Let it never be said that I won’t go near sensitive issues. This one you only near about on your Local news.  

For better or worse, this is an example of an Industry that regular citizens demand legal access to.  This cannot be legislated away.  

Thus, like most of the rest of the world the US should make Prostitution a legal Small Business.  This will free-up the much of the budget of such police and court related services; allowing those resources to be moved to other service areas.    

It will better protect those involved in the Industry.  Finally, although it certainly no answer to the rape problem in our country, but as they, if this legalization keeps even one (1) rape from happening it is more than worth the giant step in to reality.

This will soon become a national No-Brainer!  A few points here:

·      Remove THC from the DEA Drug Schedule

·      Full legalization and de-criminalization of Cannabis (aka, “THC”)

·      Clearing of all pot-only criminal records  

·      Set Federal Law stating that cannabis will only be sold by Small Businesses in America. Wall Street corporations will not be allowed to takeover this perfect small business Industry. Such firms already in business will be closed out as soon as practical.  Legislative negotiations on this federal law will favor small in-state growers.  

·      Creating both in farming and distribution jobs in all 50 states and DC.  

And, on February 1, 2021— I, as President will sign into Federal Law the full legalization and de-criminalization of Cannabis

Since the 1930's when Congress decided to make a naturally growing weed "cannabis" illegal.  They also made another naturally growing weed "hemp" illegal.  Both cousin plants do contain THC which the substance that give people "the buzz".  However, Hemp contains less than one-half (1/2) % THC.  Someone could eat or smoke a pound of HEMP and could not get a Buzz!  

American farmers have tried for decades to have the ability to grow Hemp because of its many uses.  And they have been squashed every time by the lobbyists for Oil, Paper, Cotton, and other industries. HEMP can be used to make rope, ship sails, cloth stronger than cotton, paper (the US Constitution was written on HEMP paper), home heating oil, lamp oil, Diesel fuel, plastic, and others.  Any questions!?

I am a regular recycler! This proposal was a no-brainer when I wrote the book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2) in 2008.  And that was before I became adequately aware of the Climate's condition.

Saving and Recycling the Earth's resources is each of our responsibility to the Planet and those that will follow us. The now looming Sea Level Rise Crisis makes Recycling an international demand of everyone.

We the People need to produce housing, towns, cities,and  for the tens of millions of Americans, alone, that must be relocated over the remainder of this century.  For simple example, the over 22 million Americans that live in the state of Florida.

The goal of this Reform process is to provide Health coverage for ALL Americans.  Period!

For far too long, many corporations and individuals are making too much money via the existing “primarily For-profit” American Health Care Insurance Industry.  When I wrote the book, The Second Coming of Common Sense (CS2) in 2008, I discussed the rationale for the involuntary restructuring of several key American industries.  Those are Big Industries that for good or bad, Americans need as part of their day-to-day living; which are Health Care Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Tobacco, Oil/Energy Industries, and Defense (the MIC – Military Industrial Complex). 

I used the Health Care Insurance Industry as my model for those Corporate Restructuring Reforms.  Listen to the podcast for some details and see the book CS2 Proposal Number 22 for the broader review of the restructuring process.  While this Reform was definitely needed in 2008, it is absolutely required right now.

 Without question the Pharmaceutical Industry has long been abusing the American drug consumer when it comes to fair pricing. Current legislation allows this.  The decades of abuse will now come to an end.

This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Cost-of-Living related.  

It is a practical approach to lessening the financial hardships that putting a student through higher education causes.  This “admittedly aggressive” proposal directly confronts the out-of-control cost of higher education. All costs!  

The rather hard negotiation with “4-year” programs, will begin with a twenty-five percent (25%) reduction in Annual Tuition.  And it will be very difficult to make that Adjustment any lower. 

The Administrators of nation’s Colleges and Universities – both public and private – will be instructed to decrease their Annual Tuition by the legislated percentage. Such institutions will consider reductions in program areas such as athletics, as opposed to pure education. The alumni can be called upon to cover the funding short-fall in their favorite areas such as athletics! 

Higher education costs will be controlled for the Common Good.  

A potential Tuition Reduction percentage for the nation’s Community colleges will also be reviewed.  It could also be reduced and/or stabilized in some practical manner.

This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Cost-of-Living related.  
 
This proposal partially addresses the Trillion-Dollar Student Loan Debt problem.  There is a movement of sorts being considered that would write-off all of that debt.  However, who knows if that will happen any time soon.  

I have what I believe is a practical approach to lessening the personal financial hardships that the related debt burden is putting people and households across our nation.   

The Banks will be “instructed” by the Federal government and “yours truly” to automatically reset all existing loans. That reset will reduce the student’s existing monthly loan payment by fifty-percent (50%).  And extend the debt term as long into the fuyutre as necessary.  

This will not be difficult for the Banks to do.  I know this because I was in the IT Industry for 30-odd and I know how fast such modifications can be accomplished.  This will not be voluntary on the Bank’s part.  There it is…
