This TIPA problem-solving proposal is Cost-of-Living related.  
 
 Most feel that Residential Housing of all types are over-priced.  Period. And while there currently are many good eggs in the landlord business, the public assessment of landlords is not good!  

Thus, it is time for National Rent Control (NRC), to initially be modeled after the New York City program.  

All Americans will have access to decent, affordable, and safe housing. Period. 

This would include reductions in monthly residential rent or lease amounts, as well as, mobile/modular home lot fees.  And could include commercial lease amounts, as well.
 
 Homes will no longer be the financial growth investment they were in decades past.

The Second Coming of Common Sense was written by A J Wildman.  He self-published the 700-page book in February of 2008!!  

This podcast presentation of CS2 is being made in connection with A J Wildman's current 2020 Independent Campaign for President of the United States. 

The 2008 publication focuses two (2) primary areas. First, to address the issue of the publicly dysfunctional state of the US Congress.  That is, both political parties in the House and Senate. Regrettably, that condition is far worse just 12 years later. 

Second, to present and review various social and economic concepts along with the centerpiece of the book, that is called "An American Agenda".  The Agenda is 27 detailed public problem-solving proposals.  More recently, proposals were added focusing on the out-of-control, Cost-of-Living and the Climate.  

Most of those problems unfortunately still exist and some new ones have been added. However, the Climate Crisis is about to take over the whole conversation.  Simply because it must!  

A J Wildman is the Founder of The Independent Party of America (TIPA) and is running under its now 39-proposal TIPA Independent Platform.

Part 2 reviews my basic campaign strategy.  From a historical perspective I declare the 2020 Election Cycle as our Third American Civil War.  The Revolutionary War starting in 1776, was of course the first and was fought to Create our nation. Consider we were actually countrymen fighting countrymen for national freedom.
The American Civil War of the 1860's was then our Second Civil War and was fought to Preserve our nation. Again, countrymen fighting countrymen to keep the nation from splitting apart.
And now in 2019/2020, the utterly dysfunctional legislative state of both political parties in Congress makes this our Third American Civil War. This is an Electoral war that will be resolved on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.  This will be fought with votes cast at the polls. It is my belief that nothing less than the Control over our government is at stake.  Again, countrymen versus countrymen now to resolve the Political Balance of Power for the Common Good of our citizens.  Bluntly, today the Republican Party only serves the Wealthy and 8 to 10 Big Industries.  Republican Senator and Senate majority leader Mitch McConnell has turned into a virtual legislative dictator ever since the day after President Obama was elected.  Thus, the Senate has become place as they say, "where legislation goes to die".  There will be paper bullets for We the People to fire on Election Day.  The future of Democracy will be formed by that solemn vote.  God Bless America...

Part 1 of this Announcement published in July, 2019 introduces my 2020 campaign; provides a brief personal Bio and Information Technology(IT) career summary; talks about public problem solving; explains the 2-Party dysfunction in the US Congress; declares Trump to be a Lame Duck; reviews the Campaign's aggressive voter civil action against the 21 Republican Senators running (mostly again) for re-election; the same will be presented against the 196 Representatives in the US House.  The 2020 campaign must remove the severe Congressional roadblock to ANY legislation that actually help average Americans and/or help save Planet Earth. This campaign also challenges the Democrats for having a weak Platform and catering too much to its extreme Progressives.  Such policy extremes do not play well with many Americans and will not help make the voters comfortable as they should feel about it.  My intent is to  work with and "encourage" the Democratic candidates for Senate and House to embrace as much of the TIPA Platform 40+ proposals as possible.
