Hi everyone, in today's podcast episode we talk all about self-acceptance and how we are not perpetual self-improvement projects. Now, we know what you're thinking. 'But isn't self-improvement a good thing? Don't we want to be the best version of ourselves?' Well, of course we do. But the thing is, constant self-improvement can be exhausting, stressful, and even harmful. It can lead to burnout, perfectionism, and a never-ending cycle of self-doubt.

In line with our new season I think it is a really good idea to talk about being real with ourselves. In this case and in the idea of breaking down the barriers we have hidden from ourselves I think it is really important to be real with yourself and try to navigate the difficult topic of being honest with ourselves about our struggles. We all struggle and we should not have to hide this or not acknowledge it, we deserve respect and gentleness.
