Sometimes we feel like we want to be told exactly what to eat so we think a diet will work by giving us strict instructions to follow and see results.
Then we start the diet regimen and eventually feel restricted, annoyed, and consumed with making food choices we don't want to make! Like ordering a grilled chicken salad instead of pizza! The diet rollercoaster is filled with ups and downs, restriction, and binge eating! NO FUN!!!
In today's episode I share with you exactly how I eat and 3 questions I consistently ask myself in order to be a conscious and present eater instead of eating out of habit, eating out of frustration and binging, or simply overeating.
I hope these three questions help you to become more self aware and take better control of your choices too! Remember, nutrition doesn't have to be so hard! ALL foods are invited at the table and you shouldn't feel guilty about that, you just need to learn how to do it in a healthy way!
