I know today might feel overwhelming. Perhaps you're carrying stress from work, navigating complex relationships, or feeling the weight of personal challenges. Whatever is present for you right now, know that this practice is a gentle invitation to soften, to breathe, and to remember the quiet abundance already living inside you.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position. Whether you're sitting, standing, or lying down, allow your body to settle. Close your eyes if that feels comfortable, or soften your gaze. Take a deep breath in through your nose, feeling your chest and belly expand like a warm, soft balloon. And then exhale slowly, releasing any tension.

Today, we're exploring gratitude - not as a forced positivity, but as a genuine, radical act of presence. Imagine gratitude like sunlight filtering through leaves, revealing the intricate beauty that's always been here, just waiting to be noticed.

Begin by bringing to mind something small that brings you genuine appreciation. Maybe it's the softness of your clothing, the steady rhythm of your breath, or a recent moment of kindness you experienced. Don't search for something grand - the most powerful gratitude often lives in life's quietest corners.

As this appreciation rises, notice how it feels in your body. Does it create a warmth in your chest? A gentle smile? A sense of softening? There's no right or wrong way to experience this. Simply observe with curiosity and gentleness.
