Self-doubt is the enemy of so many goals and dreams. It can keep us from achieving things we are otherwise capable of doing. It saps us with our confidence, strength, and motivation. It makes us feel helpless and hopeless. Self-doubt makes us feel like we have no power over our circumstances and no control over ourselves.
Although it has a negative impact on our lives, self-doubt is an emotion we all experience to some degree or another. So how would you deal with it when you experience it?
