What is the difference between the pre and post-resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth?  Such questions are often woefully overlooked by cradle Christians when welcoming newcomers to the faith.  Kayden’s question guided our conversation by provoking us to consider the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and how his sacrifice has been extended to all of humanity.

Kayden’s question this week was “how can we practice generous stewardship when people seem to not want it?”  Brian’s answer took the question in a totally different direction. What followed was a frank and honest discussion about the church’s place in a modern Western secular society, and the role that stewardship (in its many forms) can be used to foster faithful Christ-centered mutual flourishing.
