Heartache comes in many forms - from broken dreams to the loss of loved ones. In between might include losing your sense of identity and the ending of relationships.
At the core of heartache is grief. At the core of grief is loss.
Saying goodbye is hard! But there's a sweetness within the sadness. There's promise of transformation and something better on the other side.
In this episode, I share with you 4 things that have felt like healing salves as I move through my own heartache.
I hope that you'll also be able to lean on them as healing salves for whatever you're going through.

We are so good at being uncomfortable. It's what we've been conditioned to do - politely saying yes out of obligation, forcefully pushing yourself beyond your limits, not asking for what you need because you don't want to be an inconvenience...
That kind of discomfort is a form of betraying yourself. How can you trust somebody who constantly dishonors what you need?

I share with you my thoughts on what it means to be absolutey free (*spoiler* To me, being absolutely free is to be guided by the inner knowing of the soul rather than living a life dictated by people's opinions of should/should not, can/cannot)
