This is a special episode because it is one that I recorded for myself AND for you guys!
Today is Thursday and let me start by saying that the last 4 days of my life have NOT gone as planned. We all have hard days. Life is challenging, right? But, have you ever had one of those weeks’ where it seems as if literally everything is going wrong?
That was my week just a few days ago! Starting Sunday night leading into Thursday, it has been QUITE a week to say the least.
Why...? My tiny apartment full of toilet water, major car troubles, problems at work, and just dealing with my own anxieties and mental health battles. In this podcast episode, I take you through my week of challenges and disappointments. Later in the show, I share how I am learning to control my emotions, bounce back from setbacks, and navigate life's hardships with a mindset of optimism and hope for the future.
