Aubrey converses with Phuthego Mojapele, Aviation Expert, about the strike by the FlySafair pilots which led to 26 flights being cancelled. The Solidarity trade union said more than 200 pilots affiliated to it want a 10% salary increase and improved working conditions, reject the airline's offer of a 5.7% salary increase and adjustments to compensation.
