Customers don't expect a business owner to be perfect but they do expect them to do what they say.

Have you ever stopped to think about the way the planets had to align for a person to find your business, discover you could provide a solution to their problem, they actually show up and open their wallet and hand you money? When that happens, it's important to be thankful.

After the business owner answered the phone it became painfully obvious that either he was having a bad day or he just didn't have a clue.
