Preparing the Government for Future Shocks is a new report written by Tony Scott in collaboration with the IBM Center for the Business of Government, the IBM Institute for Business Value, the National Academy of Public Administration, and the Centro Studi Americani.  The report outlines four action steps designed to help build cyber resiliency that resulted from two international round-table discussions of experts.
