Also, Cycles is 1 now (technically 2 launched in 2021) But I commemorate this because its one year of back to back dedication, panic, confusion, hope and outright grit!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm might be ready to have kids seeing as I have kept this alive this long hahaha.

On this episode we went on a wishing expedition haha! We had a list of things we wished were different or we were ready for before we experienced them. This episode came at such a good time for me, I literally wanted to hug Aisha all through it. As we talked, I gained perspective and even though I didn't contextualize some of my wishes, I felt a huge load fall off my shoulders. This episode reminded me why Cycles Podcast exists.
