01:06 - D4vd & Celeste Revas Update

David Anthony Burke (d4vd) has reportedly been named a suspect in the death of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, who was found deceased in his Tesla back in September. An investigative grand jury has convened to look at evidence in the case. Contrary to TMZ's reporting, the LAPD says Celeste was not frozen or decapitated. Authorities believe two people were involved with transporting Celeste's body at some point.

06:42 - Mountaineer Manslaughter

An "experienced mountaineer" is facing manslaughter charges after allegedly leaving his girlfriend to freeze to death on Austria's highest peak. Prosecutors accuse him of nine errors, including allegedly avoiding phone calls from the rescue team. His trial will take place in February 2026, and he could face up to three years in prison.

17:26 - Hike From Hell

32-year-old Micah Smith is charged with six counts after bringing his three young children on a "hike from hell" in Utah. Smith allegedly took the children off trial in freezing temperatures, where they remained for 24 hours until rescuers reached them. Smith was trespassed from the children's hospital for "interfering" with his 4-year-old child's care, then arrested for domestic violence. Smith expressed suicidal ideations a month before the incident.
