Due for release as a single on all major digital channels on 23rd October 2020.

I was playing around with a 'clean electric guitar' in Logic Pro X soon had a dark tune going, to which I added two more clean electric guitar tracks but with dark Alchemy guitar effects.

The whole time I was thinking about the character Ellie from the Naughty Dog's "The Last Of Us", most recently having watched my daughter play "The Last Of Us II" on PS4. I thought about how dark it was, all the pain and suffering, and yet there is beauty in the game including the brilliant music from the likes of Gustavo Santaolalla.

This is my original score unofficial 'soundtrack' inspired by all their great work.

I finally - after 4 years - mixed a version of this track in Logic Pro X with my vocal added for the poem that I wrote about atomic weapons years ago, plus some Apple loop backing vocals and effects.

The photograph is of the Trinity test for the first nuclear bomb. Regarding the poem, I'd seen the horrifying and stark British 1965 drama-documentary The War Game about a nuclear war. Scared the shit out of me all through high school in the 70s.
