So, I'm done with these horrible political ads. Please get here and then go away quickly November. On top of all the garbage we're dealing with already, the last thing we need to see is this crap. Here's one from Bob Hamilton (a plumbing business owner in KS) and his wife. They're being all snarky and talking about how great Bob is and what a great Christian he is...hating people and all.
Now, they're preying on each other at this point. Disgusting. This dude attacks Bob Hamilton over the use of pink in his marketing and the like. Because, you know, pink is for girls and sissies and all. The worst part of this? Roger Marshall (who's attacking the plumber) is a doctor. Yep, a "man" of science is making gay slanders at a political opponent. It's horrifying and it's seemingly acceptable for this to go on.
They can both F%*k Off in my opinion. Forever. Just like their buddy D. Dump.
After the break, I discuss music I'm listening to currently. This includes some new spins if you wanna check those out.
Twilight Zone season 2 was way better than 1 in my opinion. I loved the episode titled "8" and also the episode titled "A Small Town" especially. Here's a trailer for season 2.
That's pretty much it. You can listen for the rest.
Catcha next week!
I bet you already know what's bugging me...right? They're only available every where.
Been enjoying some serious vinyl action. Recently acquired a few new gems you can check out here.
Same ol' same ol' when it comes to TV/Movies really.
Same with books.
Sorry there's not too awful much new in here, but it's still a good episode.
See ya next week!
The numbers are soaring. Hospitals are inundated. Trump's even stranger and more ridiculous than normal.
Wear a mask people!
After the break, I talk about some recent vinyl acquisitions:
Beastie Boys - Hello Nasty
Bob Marley - Legend
Rod Stewart - Greatest Hits
All pics of these are in the Spins photo album here.
I've started up reading "Jane Goes North" by Joe R. Lansdale and I love it. This guy, I'm telling ya. You need to be reading his stuff if you've not.
We watched the Netflix film "Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga" and it's not great. There was definitely a few really fun moments in it though. It was fun to watch and laugh at with the family for sure.
I also got in the first episode of the newer Twilight Zone Season 2. Great stuff.
That really is about it though kids. Not much else to report.
Oh wait, there's Dolly. Yeah, she's pretty much adorable and a welcome member of the Trail family. You can see some action pics of her right here.
See you guys again soon!
Seriously, though, it's the best option we have when it comes to all kindsa stuff. Scientists are super into studying their hardest to make sure the science is correct too.
This is a shorty folks.
See ya next week!
C'mon folks! Texas and Florida aren't pumping the reopen brakes for nothing. I don't wanna hear any more stories about dumbsh&%s at a party all coming down with COVID afterwards any more.
After the break, there's much talk about my recent record acquisitions. You can look at pics of them here.
I talk a little about the purge that recently took place at this residence and I would advise you all do the same if possible. Not just to get a better mortgage rate percentage (although that really helps), but to help your mental well being. It's liberating cleaning things out. I am a confessed box hoarder. I save boxes for expensive electronic purchases for far far too long. I won't be doing this any more. It really does not matter if you resell without the box. Nobody cares. I'm sure my old boxes alone accounted for one trip to the recycling center. Crazy.
We're still finishing "Schitt's Creek" and a few other things. I'm reading Joe R. Lansdale's "Jane Goes North."
That's really about all there is to report folks.
Catch you next week!
Well, the running time here is a tad bit longer than normal. Ya see, the Honorable Keith Beard stopped by to take part in this very episode.
After whining and griping about baseball for a bit, we go right to the break.
As far as what we're into, well, you'll just have to listen in folks. You won't be sorry though.
If you're looking for more fun stuff by Keith Beard, hit up Weirded Wonder's pages on Facebook and, of course, YouTube.
Toldja it'd be a special episode kids.
Enjoy!!!
Ugh! C'mon people. Seriously. Just quit it with the stupidity. I know I'm done with it. It's just plain tiring.
Okay, after the break, I come back with a few things I'm into. Namely, the records I've recently acquired from multiple excursions. It's been fun hunting. You can check them out right around here.
What I'm reading...
What I'm watching is a few things really. Pretty much what I've been talking about and now add to the mix a little NOS4A2 and Kim's Convenience. Two great shows.
Later kids, I'll catch you on the flipside.
Seriously folks...WTF?
What's bugging me is the amount of ridiculous behavior by paranoid whitey out there in the USA in the year 2020! What is going on? Just look at what happened to this poor delivery driver.
That kinda crap paired with a couple of crackers in the South trailing and shooting a jogger for EWBB (Excercising While Being Black) is the most outrageous and embarrassing behavior going on. I'm sincerely ashamed. I've not been the perfect human myself, but this is ridiculous.
After the break I come back to talk about a whole lot of nothing that I'm really watching right now.
I did make it out to a record store last Friday and here's some pics of my haul.
I also purchased a replacement needle (and upgraded) from LPGear.com for my old Sony turntable I listen to in the basement. Amazing difference.
I'm not reading much, but should be. I need to get back up on that.
Talk to you next week kids!
I think we're all kinda wondering this, but if you look closely...I think it's apparent.
Just a short one this week. I think you'll dig it though.
Here's those pics of that "Blue Cheer" record I'm talking about. Record Cover and vinyl. The poster.
Yeah, not the happiest of titles. It's not the happiest of times though right? I mean, let's be realistic here. Education and science are imperative as the sustenance of our ability to be a world power. It's not a choice...it's a fact.
After the break, I discuss a few things I'm into. You can listen to figure it out. This episode isn't too awful long. It's not even awful. Enjoy kids!
