Darragh Byrne is men’s empowerment coach and founder of conscious king coaching. He takes men and women on a journey of self-actualization and help them reach their true potential by revisiting their trauma in a positive and holistic way.
In this episode we talk about how men are objectifying women subconsciously because of the how men are raised in a society where everyone wants men to toughen up.

Bek Antonucci is a female empowerment coach who is obsessed with vulnerability, personal development, positive psychology, body acceptance and radical self expression.
In this episode I sit down with Bek to talk about her journey and how being authentic and vulnerable helped her find the life she loves. I wanted to get her perspective on how men can show up with the same light and aura of authenticity and vulnerability in their heartspace without seeking validation and break down the stigma of MAN UP.

After becoming an expert in human relations, family life education, child development, financial
counseling, resilience, career counseling, and violence prevention, KP left her career with the federal government to show her clients that anything is possible when you have a roadmap to take you from broken to breakthrough.
She helps her clients replace the lies they believe with the truth - that the things that tried to destroy us are usually the secrets to discovering our super powers and living our own overcomer stories -vocationally, financially, socially, physically, mentally, and spiritually.
She also created a place to redeem the breathtaking gift of sex from the counterfeits offered by porn
through prevention, intervention, and redemption.

In this episode, I am sitting with an incredibly good friend of mine, Kemy Joseph, who is an
international speaker and coach at Fears Advantage. He is also a trainer at One Circle Foundation
helping boys and young men tap into their emotions and live a life with purpose. Kemy’s journey
is interesting and we talk about how to tap into our emotions and really giving ourselves
permission to feel emotions instead of suppressing it down. You would love the crazy journey of
Kemy, from a life full of bad decisions as a kid to a leader in his community serving people
around the world.
