In light of mental health awareness week Marvyn is joined by a few of the founding fathers of Dope Black Dads: Chris Becks, Umar Kankiya and Donald Mbeutcha to discuss what Dope Black Dads do to support their members with mental health. They also dive into how lockdown and coronavirus has affected their mental health and the coping mechanisms they use, as well as the mental load of masculinity and male parenting.

Dope Black Dads is place where we are changing the narrative and having progressive conversations about black fathers, as well as creating a safe digital space for the community.
