A few months ago we came across Mill Hill Brew Co from Enderby near Leicester for the very first time. We sampled their beer in the Brew To Me feature on episode 42 and were impressed. So much so that we've since sought out more from this nano operation - on cask and in can - and have become even bigger fans.

So on this episode we are delighted to have an extended chat with Harry, the brains behind the brewing side of the operation that works hand in hand with the Mill Hill Cask and Coffee Pub, which we also find out about.

Harry talks us through the beginnings of Mill Hill, his ethos, what he wants to achieve with his beers and what he hopes the future will hold.
