Dave B and Dave D are waiting for your messages!
Here we go again, just in time for the last bank holiday of the year, it's time for the latest episode of Daftaboutcraft, the craft beer podcast!
Autumn might be in the air, but one last heatwave has definitely been choc ice weather, and East London's Pillars Brewery delivers in spades with their Choc Ice Eisbock. Find out all about it in Hype or Tripe!
Brew To Me also has a summer vibe with Shandy Shack on deck for some lager vibes, matched by a lesser-spotted landbier from Woodshedding Brewery.
Every year, Stewart Brewing let the best and brightest from Heriot Watt University loose on their kit to show what the brewing process is all about, and we are delighted to be joined by this year's four winners. Natural Selection Brewing 13 is the name they operated under to brew a beer, package and market it and sell to the public. The beer itself is an excellent rooibos-infused blonde ale, and the chat we have with Kinga, Rusty, Liam and Ben is a fascinating insight into not only how to brew a beer but also what it's like looking to get started in the industry.
We're delighted to be backed by Craft Brew Festival, curators of a unique beer festival tour across Britain, and Mosaic Board Print, manufacturers of epic beermats.
