Every year, Stewart Brewing let the best and brightest from Heriot Watt University loose on their kit to show what the brewing process is all about, and we are delighted to be joined by this year's four winners. Natural Selection Brewing 13 is the name they operated under to brew a beer, package and market it and sell to the public. The beer itself is an excellent rooibos-infused blonde ale, and the chat we have with Kinga, Rusty, Liam and Ben is a fascinating insight into not only how to brew a beer but also what it's like looking to get started in the industry.
