On today’s Daily Puck Drop, Jason “Puck” Puckett is joined by Jim Moore, the Go-2-Guy,  and “The Scout,” anonymous MLB scout who’s been covering baseball for the past 30 years. 

Puck and Jim open up the show discussing the Josh Naylor trade and how excited they are for what the M’s did and it does not prevent them from acquiring Eugenio Suarez. Plus, Jim details his latest incident at his golf marshal job that may cost him his new gig. 

“The Scout”, Puck’s anonymous baseball scout who joins him every Friday, reacts to the Josh Naylor deal and what the Mariners gave up to get him. “The Scout” sheds light on Ashton Izzi and Brandyn Garcia. “The Scout” also is lukewarm on a deal involving Ryan Sloan and Michael Arroyo for Suarez.
