  • Ep. 18 | How is Peter?

CNN projected Joseph R. Biden Jr. as elected the 46th President of the United States. Winning the White House and denying President Trump a second term. It is official, Joe Biden is the 46th President of the United States. After 4 years of climate denial, disrespect for human rights, racist, sexist presidency, a US president will now move into the White House who acknowledges the climate crisis for what it is. The greatest danger of our time. How serious he is about it, we will see. Five years ago, the US, along with 194 other countries, signed the Paris Convention and agreed to limit global warming to between 1.5 and 2 degrees Celsius. But so far things look bad. The climate crisis is escalating at an alarming speed. We are practically further away from Paris than ever before. In other words, we have turned our livelihoods into a real threat to life. But the deciding factor is not that things look bad. The deciding factor is that it does not have to stay that way. The election was not such a big decision between a bad candidate and an even worse one. We are faced with a risk eight times as high for heat record summer. Periods of dry weather, crop failures, forest fires as far as the horizon, hurricanes, tropical storms with never before seen destruction. This is a worst-case scenario and it will not happen in the distant future but today. It has long been reality for people in Puerto Rico, Mozambique, Bangladesh, but also in Brandenburg, California, to name just a few. And that is only a 1.2 degree world. And what else is there to come when the warming has reached 1.5 ,2 3 degrees? Unimaginable. This is an information that would make a huge difference if more people were to become aware of where we are right now. We are experiencing a state of the world that people have never experienced before. Climate change affects us all and we must do something. We only have this one world and we should not, no, we must indeed take care of it. This election victory for Biden and the impeachment of Trump means good for the world.

  • Ep. 17 | Giraffes at war

This episode is once again made to be loved. As much good content as possible and many topics and questions to discuss. So of course this week's themes are Black Friday, autumn...for some reason and zoom meetings. A colorful mixture from all thematic fields is served by us. Carl secretly plays Tom Holland's double, but Ludwig exposes it. Frustrating but also more content for you. Today it is probably the same as last time, except for very different. Well, I don't want to spoil anything, just enjoy today's episode. Stay safe, wear a mask and don't be stupid.

  • Ep. 16 | my funeral sucks

Only 39 days left until Christmas baby! But that wasn't even a subject this time, I just wanted to set the mood for those who actually read this. Instead we also give an update on the whole US election thing and Trump who still won't really admit that he lost. By the way, "Brexit" was once an issue, do you still remember it slightly? Anyway, Carl has finished watching Prison Break after about a month and is very amazed. It's already a favourite TV series. Today's five questions are good and offer plenty to talk about. Small spoiler, but it takes them 60 minutes to answer. Funny kindergarten stories and even funnier funeral ideas. Children are criminal and annoying, but with a little bit of intelligence and knowledge they could be even more so. With his current knowledge, Carl develops plans that he should have realized. But too late. Children are allowed to do everything or at least can do everything, what do you want to do? Well, I get lost here in the episode description. Whoever listens to the episode to the end will not be disappointed. There is a nice, wholesome ending with a lasting smile on your face. Thank you <3

  • Ep. 15 | Bi den Trump

FUCK TRUMP FUCK TRUMP FUCK TRUMP!!! ... ehm yep Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. has won the presidential election. Even though this election took longer with the counting of votes we now have a result. And side note Joe Biden is the presidential candidate with the most votes ever in history. Ludwig has to lose something in the beginning, which sits really deep. The level of anger is quite high, or better the incomprehensibility or both doesn't matter. Much content about the election and clarification about the mysterious set date of election day on tuesday. To be more precise the first Tuesday following a Monday in November. Basically it's all about the election and its result. Now someone just has to tell Trump that he lost. Well there are also other topics okay...PRISON BREAK for example. Wentworth Miller has to get Johnny Depp out of prison and Elon Musk cannot become president. Today's episode is very special interest regarding the choice of topics at least. Anyway, this is Trump's Endgame episode. さようなら 旧友

  • Ep. 14 | Horse powered election

Ladies and gentlemen, may i announce that this is the last episode before the election of the president of the united states of america. That is why this episode also looks at how the American electoral system works. On November 3rd, the first Tuesday in November is election day. You should all know this but no need to thank me. Even if the election is a pretty big topic right now and we have little or no influence on it, we give our thoughts on it. Carl has made great progress in Prison Break and Ludwig has even seen through everything. Ludwig has been at the doctor, but there is really nothing exciting to tell about it. Oh yes, experiences of near-death are also part of the episode. Shoutout to our listeners from Virginia by the way. Have a good one :)

  • Ep. 12 | Horse Acid

¡Buenos días mis amigos! It is the middle of October and Carl is already starting to bake cookies. Ludwig has not yet managed to get into the Christmas mood. Nevertheless Ludwig is happy about the gingerbread that is available again. The vacations are coming up and so are two exams. But due to an incident Ludwig does not take part in the exam even though he is not ill. Stupid technology innovations and past stories about biology lessons are part of this full-packed episode of the podcast. As always we recommend music and series that you should definitely check out. In case you are wondering. You have to find out for yourself what the episode title means. Furthermore, we give you important words of wisdom on the way. Just kidding... Not us - maybe a little. Arrivederci cari ascoltatori.

  • Ep. 11 | Presidential Kindergarten

It's Wednesday my dudes. Trump has Corona - we don't. So get closer (at a distance of 2 meters of course) and listen to us chatting a bit. There are only 78 days left until Christmas Eve and we are really looking forward to it. Baking cookies or eating gingerbread while listening to Christmas music really gets you in the mood. We both are really looking forward to the pre-Christmas season. Probably there will be no white Christmas again this year.  It simply remains a childhood memory or a movie moment.  Meanwhile, however, the elections for US president are in progress at full speed. Which does not mean that it is going ahead, because in the presidential debate everyone is constantly interrupting each other. Meanwhile, the month is heading towards Halloween and Ludwig and Carl plan to carve pumpkins as they have never done before. A little bit of Halloween mood is a must-have. Our 5 questions will take us through funny stories and awaken memories again this week. But you will notice all this while listening to it. Have fun, you little raccoons.

  • Ep. 10 | Big Brain Biking

It's us again. This early morning episode was recorded with little brain but with many questions. Ludwig has prepared a few what would you rather questions without thinking about it himself, of course, what else? Carl presents a question that did not make it to the official 5 questions, you'll see why! But in general all questions are a bit strange once again. Please watch Enola Holmes on Netflix. It is absolutely worth it. The week of our heroes had only wins, so trying to bring in the fail of the week doesn't work. Apart from that you only have to wait until next week, when the next episode will be published. Contra vim mortis non est medicamen in hortis (No herb has grown against death) so stay aware, because 2020 is the last year before 2021!

  • Ep. 9 | pls i want a yacht

The last episode before we reach double-digit numbers on the episodes. Of course, we made it to Wednesday on time. As we promised you, friends do not lie, as we learned from Eleven in Stranger Things. Today's episode is like a strange date, full of weird questions and moments. But Ludwig gives his best. Again many callbacks and wishes for the future. Carl can unfortunately not go to the Netherlands in the vacations, but Ludwig is still obsessed with Italy. Action hobbies, of course, movies, ASMR, and the win of the week are included in the wonderful package of the podcast. Aaaand Carl is happy with his new microphone as we hope you are. Abrakadabra Simsalabim bye and see you next week.
