If you believe that personal empowerment is your responsibility, keep listening.
Hi everyone, Peter Liciaga here with another episode of the Black Belt Strong Zone
Today I am going to share my Three Core Values That I Believe Are Worth Considering
….Before we get started, here are some upcoming events at Dinoto Karate Center:
2/3 – Students can still break boards in class 2/8 – FREE Community Class 2/10 – Green Stripe Week 2/15 – Parent’s Night Out 2/22 – Buddy Day
I believe that being part of a community means that I have a responsibility to be an asset to that community as opposed to a liability. And…
It all starts with… Who am I and what do I stand for?
Here are 3 core values that I stand on:
1st Core Value: I believe that real change first begins with me.
Most people blame others and fail to take responsibility for the lack of progress in their lives. Not me.
I understand that the current condition of my life is simply a reflection of my mindset and decisions.
I take full responsibility for everything, both the good and the bad.
I live proactively with clear intentions, not reactively as a victim.
Most importantly, I influence those around me to change by first leading by example.
2nd Core Value: I believe that taking good care of my health is non-negotiable.
I believe that healthy living is not a one-off event. It’s a lifestyle.
I understand that good health is the engine that will drive me to achieve extraordinary results in work and life. And so, I commit to eat healthy, exercise regularly and take adequate time out of work to recharge.
3rd Core Value: I believe in complete integrity and authenticity in work, business and life.
I believe in transparency, fairness and honesty, in my interactions with others.
I stay clear of manipulative strategies and unethical financial methods.
I am authentic. I’m not afraid to let the world know who I am and what I stand for….
“I think differently and am crazy enough to believe that I can change the world for the better”.
[THE WRAP UP…]
Which is why do I do what I do?
Everything I do as a parent and a teacher is because I believe that the world needs more people to stand up for what they believe in and do the best that they can to be a great role-model.
I believe that leading the way in humility, empathy and discipline in my family and my community is a responsibility that must be taken seriously.
That’s why I work so hard with Master Dinoto and our incredible instructors at Dinoto Karate Center to serve our students by creating a physically and emotionally safe environment where parents and their children can grow and thrive to meet their goals for more discipline, focus and self-confidence and a healthier way of life.
