Radical Muslims are persecuting thousands of Christians in the West African nation of Nigeria. Much of the Western world knows little about the hardships these Christians face, but the Rev. Johnnie Moore and Rabbi Abraham Cooper hope to change that.
Moore and Cooper, two globally recognized human rights advocates, co-authored the new book “The Next Jihad: Stop the Christian Genocide in Africa.” The rabbi and the reverend join the show to explain what is happening to Christians in Nigeria and why they chose to come together to shed light on a situation the media is largely not covering.
Plus, we read your letters to the editor and share a good news story about a family who was once homeless themselves, but is now giving back to those in need.

The mainstream media has sacrificed fact-based reporting in favor of promoting its own social and political agenda, says Sharyl Attkisson, author of the new book, “SLANTED: How the News Media Taught Us to Love Censorship and Hate Journalism.”
Attkisson, host of the TV show "Full Measure” and a five-time Emmy Award-winning investigative journalist, joins the podcast to explain how the deterioration of fact-based journalism began. From reporting on Black Lives Matter to the 2020 election, media outlets have become consumed with promoting a specific narrative, even if it means censoring the truth.

The Rev. Samuel Rodriguez says he came face to face with the fear and anxiety created by COVID-19 when his own daughter contracted the virus over the summer after giving birth to a beautiful baby girl. The pastor's daughter, 29, ended up in an intensive care unit fighting for her life.
The challenging lessons learned by Rodriguez, founder and president of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, are part of his new book “From Survive to Thrive: Live a Holy, Healed, Healthy, Happy, Humble, Hungry, and Honoring Life.”
Rodriguez, who pastors a church in California, joins the show to explain that all of us are “failing, surviving, or thriving.” He says he hopes his book will serve as a practical guide for anyone who desires to thrive in this season, even as government lockdowns close church buildings and the virus continues to affect our lives.

Foster parents offer hope and critical support to children facing tremendous challenges. But the city of Philadelphia has threatened that hope by telling longtime foster parents that they can't work with Catholic Social Services because of the religious organization's belief in marriage as the union of one man and one woman.
The case Fulton v. City of Philadelphia went before the Supreme Court last week. Heritage Foundation scholar Ryan T. Anderson recently hosted a panel discussion breaking down the case and why it is a critical battle for thousands of foster children and religious liberty in America.
Today, we share that discussion with you on “The Daily Signal Podcast.” We also cover these stories:
