The Daily Signal’s Tyler O’Neil sat down with Rebecca Weber to discuss the older generation of American’s overwhelming support for DOGE and the Trump administration’s efforts to rid the federal government of fraud and waste.

“While Democrats are going to claim that this is threatening seniors’ benefits, that’s simply not the case. It’s the entire opposite,” Weber explains.

Fraud is the only way to prevent Social Security and Medicare from going bankrupt, Weber says.

In March 2021, Paul Vaughn, along with 10 other a pro-life activist, demonstrated outside the Carafem Health Center, an abortion clinic in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.

Vaughn was sentenced to three years of supervised release, including six months of home detention, after a jury convicted him of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act for blocking the entrance to the abortion clinic, according to court documents.

The Daily Signal’s Elizabeth Mitchell sat down with Vaughn to talk about his efforts to repeal the FACE Act.

Since its passage in 1994, 97% of FACE Act arrests have been against pro-lifers, even though, “the law ostensibly is supposed to protect churches and places of worship and reproductive health centers”, argues Vaughn.

Paul Vaughn was one of the 23 pro-lifers President Trump pardoned in January 2025.

While Rachel Maddow decries the network for firing Joy Reid and large swaths of news presenters, they conveniently leave out that Reid worked a fraction of the time her Fox counterparts did for a larger salary.

“Do you realize, if you just said, ‘I, Rachel Maddow, tonight promise that I will work my 52 days this year for free, given the ample compensation I have received, and I will fund 250 staffers at MSNBC for $100,000 a year, given what I make, $25 million.’ Let’s just try that.”

They should be de facto citizens.

“ We have turned someone who has saved the U.S. space program and will probably save two astronauts, who otherwise would perish in space if it was left to the government program; who reinvented the entire auto industry; who opened up all of social media with X—we have turned this person into a demon.”

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Air Force General C.Q. Brown, was fired from his post last month, along with several other high ranking military officials.

Many of the Left rushed to say that President Trump and Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth were “politicizing” the Pentagon. However, “This is not the politicalization of the Pentagon. It's the depoliticalization”, argues Victor Davis Hanson on today’s edition of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.”

“ They said, ‘This is reckless, it hurts morale, and it will depress recruitment.’ Let's analyze that just for a second. Recruitment reached near-record levels after the election of Donald Trump. It's on the way up. It was depressed prior to that. Why would it be depressed? If you go through the Pentagon data, it's very hard to decipher.

“ More importantly, Leon Panetta signed this letter. He was one, also, of the 51 intelligence authorities that said, right on the eve of the election and on a few days before the 2020 debate, that Hunter [Biden's] laptop, which was in the hands of the FBI and authenticated, had all the hallmarks of a Russian information, which meant disinformation, campaign.

“ Bottom line: We don't need any more letters from so-called experts. They're always partisan. And they're to no effect.”
