Accusations are flying about the priorities of the bill but the Democrats have stalled a bill that would have put direct financial relief into the hands of millions of struggling Americans.  In fact, in the Democrats’ proposed legislation they included over $35 million in funding for the Kennedy Center and elements of the Green New Deal with new subsidies for solar and wind projects.  What does that have to do with the crisis our country is facing now?  In fact in the light of new research showing warmer weather slows the spread of the virus shouldn’t we be welcoming Climate Change and not be fighting it?

We also discuss how the crisis had shown how Big Business is fabulous and the Californian war on the gig economy is ludicrous. And we also sound alarm bells about the apparent good news coming out of China.
