West Virginia’s academic institutions are pivotal in advancing digital identity technology through innovative programs and offerings.
Likewise, the state’s private sector is a driving force in advancing digital identity technology. Key organizations like the I-79 Technology Park offer innovation, expertise, and resources crucial for developing cutting-edge solutions.
Meanwhile, public sector initiatives like the FBI Biometric Center of Excellence aim to support innovation, economic development, and workforce readiness across the state.
By leveraging its strengths, West Virginia can play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital identity, simultaneously revitalizing its economy, re-energizing its workforce, and positioning itself as an unlikely hero in the digital innovation landscape.
