Tim is a fitness professional (I feel like he is going to LOVE that term), has been in the industry for over 20 years, and now owns his own gym called Body Project here in Abu Dhabi on Reem Island.
This gym is different from other gyms becuase Tim is brillaint and creates awesome programs for people who want to feel good and creates a space that is welcoming to everyone no matter what level of fitness they are at.
I think we talked about how to actually run faster too, but I haven't listened to the episode yet so maybe I dreamed that.
