On Episode 42, we explore grief and loss and how they affect the trajectory of a life. Ash Wednesday and the Lenten Season represent a time for many people to consider what life is truly about. We are reminded that life is short and precious. Our friend, Meredith Hayden, has experienced pain in many and varied ways over the past few years. She has been pressed but not crushed and continues to look for ways to contribute meaningfully to the world around her.
